The chemotherapy starts tomorrow. They told Janice “plan on loosing your hair”. After chemotherapy, then radiation. After that, there’s a 70% chance the cancer won’t come back. Pray.

Two things:
What incredible hair; it’s beautiful. I do wish Janice the best.
Next, I always wondered what you would look like with hair, Justin. Lookin good.
this one has me emotional.
look at that face so confident and so determined. janice- BEST OF LUCK.
I love Janice’s hair, it is “Janice” and her Indianness, it’s her free spirit, its long like her, I love these pictures! Janice portrays her strength (like Samson) and there is no doubt about her determination to beat this berserkcell…the quiet manner of stillness in her photo with her eyes closed feels full of faith to me…. I to be that with her.
I wish she could give her hair to Justin….he looks great with a comb over!
Thanks Justin, for your great heart to move on behalf of someone great as well.
Stace
how touching, both the story and the real photos. thank you.
Fabulous photos and a way to honor who she is, in spite of the cancer.
Justin, this reminds me of a Christmas card you sent to friends about 13 years ago, when you wore a hair piece and took a photo of yourself. I wish I could remember your clever caption in the card. I swear I might still have that card.
Hi Amy,
The caption said “Hair peace on earth” with a picture of me wearing a wig. I think that was the last time I sent out Christmas cards.
What a sacrifice to lose her hair.
In the midst of a very sacred topic…
I laughed out loud at the last picture of you with generous hair!!! BAHAHAHA! Forgive me for my irreverence. You rock.
