30 Strangers – Round Two!

We’re excited to announce a new photography project coming up next month. It’s called 30 Strangers: Generations, and it’s inspired by the 30 Strangers project I completed in June 2008. (See it here). The idea behind the project is to photograph 30 portraits of 30 strangers in 30 days.

This year, every day in April, I will photograph a different mother and daughter whom I’ve never met. We’re hoping that on many days we’ll have not just two generations, but three or four.

Want to be part of the project? Believe me, spots will go fast. To participate, please read the info carefully on this page.

I can’t stress that enough. Please read all the info carefully before you contact us. That page will give you everything you need to know about the project–when, where, why–and how to let us know you want to be involved.

As part of the project, we’ll be raising some money for the Center for Women and Children in Crisis, a shelter and safe house here in Provo. If you want to make a donation too, it’s so easy.

Once our project begins, daily updates will be posted here, so stay tuned.
