Last week, 2,400 bloggers met at the Hilton hotel in New York City for BlogHer 2010. I was there to photograph the event.
Parties, laughter, food, hugging, hey – how have you been, learning, more laughs, Tom-foolery, then more parties. And that was just the first night. It went on like that for three days.
For me, being there was great fun. I saw plenty of folks I know and love, and met some people I’ve always wanted to meet. But I wasn’t there to glad hand. I was there to work. And so that’s just what I did. My days started at 7am and ended around 11pm or 12pm. Good thing I have comfortable shoes.
Here’s a slice of how things played out.

Love the 2 pics of Lisa Stone and Chris Carfi.
Hi Justin!
I really wanted to get a chance to say hello to you, and talk cameras and lenses. You know, kinda like when pilots get together and talk planes and airspeed and whatnot. Never got my chance.
Regardless, great images. Cheers!
Thanks, Michelle. Next time we’ll chat.

Great shots!
Great shots, man. It was nice meeting you, also. Hope that you were able to enjoy yourself a bit while you were in town.
