Lori came from St. George with her mother. In an email, before she arrived, Lori said, “If the conversation starts to lag, ask her how to properly prune a tomato plant and why it is important.” Well, I don’t think there was a lag in the conversation, but I was curious. So I asked. Man, am I glad I did. Because Lori said, “Oh, that reminds me…” and pulled out some home-made spicy sauce for me that’s some kind of secret recipe and everyone who knows Lori, would love to get their mitts on the secret. Or, at least a jar or two of that sauce.

LOVE the second photo of the hands!!! Such a beautiful image. And I love the top pic which so perfectly captures the fun personality of my friend, Lori.

Of course these beautiful women arrived wearing flowers. Women who grow and preserve gardens. Wonderful hands. Exquisite.
