Here is it. The last day of the 30 Strangers project for 2012. For the 30 days in June I invited strangers to my studio and asked them to reveal a little bit about themselves to me, to my lens. And it’s important to note that everyone that came made donations to the Center for Women and Children in Crisis. I have such a deep sense of gratitude for everyone that came this year. And now, I have some new friends. The 30 Strangers 2012 exhibit will take place in September and October at the BYU Library. Our opening reception will take place on October 4, 2012 from 6-9pm. Don’t worry. I’ll mention it again about 100 more times on Facebook, Twitter, on this blog, and to people I see on the street.
And so, day 30. This was a perfect way to end the project. Carol with five daughters, all with spunk and light, came in on the afternoon of June 30. Carol brought her mother, too, but once there, her mother decided being in a picture wasn’t something she was interested in doing. So here’s Carol with five girls.
Carol is the author of many good book and has a blog here.
