The best time to be in Provo Canyon

Turn right at Vivian Park. The road gets curvy and stops at the trail head to Big Springs. We wanted to walk in the woods one more time before the snow sets in. I don’t know how many of these good days we have left.

Cross the creek, then just walk. The ground is covered in oak tree leaves but the aspen trees are still hanging on and this is why you should go.

There’s a meadow there, lined with aspen. Their color is so bright you just might think it was painted on. And you can stand there, looking up at those trees, the wind comes through every now and again, and then you think to yourself, no matter what I have to do when I go home, EVERYTHING is going to be all right.

I think I can totally agree with your sentiments here. Being away from it all surrounded by aspens is magical. I’m glad I’m not the only one who feels this way. And thank you for sharing such beautiful images that you create-not just those of other people or events, but the things that you just desire to take because you can.
