Happy birthday! We adore you, Amy! Your warmth and joyful nature have blessed us!

Jordan February 14, 2013 at 1:56 pm

While the rest of us age, Amy keeps looking better. While I turn grumpy and sour, Amy gets sweeter and more thoughtful. As I get old and creaky, Amy gets ever more clever and quick. Happy birthday, to Provo’s wonder woman!

I agree with Yan Palmer–Amy is one of the rare great ones. Funny, thoughtful, intelligent, darling, cute, great legs, insightful, sensitive, smart, fun, easy, comfortable–all while making you feel great about yourself instead of shrinking in the light of her greatness. That’s a gift. And I can’t handle how special and warm and fuzzy it makes me feel to say she’s been my bosom buddy since the 6th grade. A true soul sister of mine.

Love you forever Ames!

Happy birthday, Amy! I have loved getting to know you through the book group and I hope this year is full of synchronicities, creative energy, balance, and adventure!

Lovely, lovely Amy. What can I say? You are bursting with warmth, kindness and God given talent. People are better for knowing you. I am so happy I am one of them.

Jenni Fisher February 14, 2013 at 2:41 pm

I love what Jordan said!

Jenni Fisher February 14, 2013 at 2:42 pm

Except I don’t agree with half of it. The half about him.

Our Amy, she’s quite the chameleon.
At a sack race or church or cotillion,
Making friends is a breeze.
With her, all feel at ease.
She is simply a “one in gazillion”

KRO February 14, 2013 at 3:06 pm

Oh boy- Amy I think you are one of the most beautiful, amazing ladies I know and I really hope today is super awesome for you. Love what Molly said- you have great legs. And Jordan is right too- you just keep getting better and better with age in every way. Love you sister.

Well, I can’t complete with the eloquence of the above comments, but the sentiment is the same: I love my Amy! You are a blessing to all who know you! Truly. Seriously. From a special place in my heart.

Loni February 14, 2013 at 4:17 pm

Ah, Amy, what can I add, except that I agree with them all. You are remarkable.

Amy is a vat of wisdom. I love her so much. She seems to have all the answers and continues on in a humble, non-judgmental, patient way. I feel honored to have spent the minutes leading up to this birthday with her. You’re a lucky man Mr. Hackworth!

Allen Hackworth February 14, 2013 at 5:03 pm

Amy, I know you are a great woman. I am always pleased when others recognize this too. You are bright, sensitive to goodness, committed to the doctrines of Jesus Christ, a perfect wife for my son, filled with good taste, and wise beyond your years. Plus, and few people know this, you are, and always have been, a top-notch student. Few could do as well as you have done academically. And finally, you have helped me, perhaps more than any young lady, find an increased faith in Christ.

Steph Bryson February 14, 2013 at 6:08 pm

I see joy and contentment. I admire you. Can I be your friend? All my thoughts, and I hardly know you. Happy day.

Sarah Brown February 14, 2013 at 8:23 pm

It’s a shame that when we were roomies I didn’t realize how much I would appreciate our friendship. You are such a fun and wonderful person! Even though we don’t see or talk to each other as often as I would like, it’s always so refreshing whenever our paths cross. Even more, you always look as happy to see me as I am to see you! I love you! Happy Birthday!
