On the road family portraits - 2023
We specialize in beautiful, unscripted moments that will become more important and more valuable over time. I’ve spent years perfecting the art of family portraits, and understand the importance of preserving the connections you have with those you love, through photography.
If you want to be photographed in a classic, documentary style, but aren’t planning on being in Utah, maybe I’ll be coming to your town some time soon!
What do I get? How does it work?

What you get - Together, we'll spend an hour or two in a location of your choice. That could be your home or some outside location or cool downtown spot.
I'm an expert in making portraits that not only show what you look like, but what it feels like to be around you. I will make pictures of you (and those accompanying you) that will be viewed and enjoyed for years to come. And I promise it will be an enjoyable process. So if you're like most people that don't like getting their picture taken, you'll be surprised and delighted by how easy I will make this process, and how much fun we'll have. By the time you're finished, you'll wonder where all the time went. I know that it’s not just about the finished images, but the process it takes to get there. Sessions are relaxed and enjoyable and we’ll probably laugh a lot, too.
It works like this - When I’m in another town, usually for a wedding or some other work, I may have a day or two where I will make available a limited number of portrait sessions. I’ll post the day and times available, you can email me to let me know which one you'd like. I'll send you an invoice and then we're in business! That's easy. Then we'll talk about a perfect location.
What is the price?
We offer both digital files and printed heirloom quality prints. The 2023 rate is $995 and includes
1-2 hour portrait session in your town
All full resolution images, edited and looking their best, delivered to you via digital download
Archival linen box with 15 hand-made fine art prints of your choice, sized 5x7 (shipped to you). The box also includes a thumb drive and we’ll include the images that you got via download, but now you’ll have a second copy. Real smart.
